Our shipping rates are based on the destination and total order value. The applicable rate and free-shipping threshold are calculated automatically during checkout.
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from the Netherlands by our small, family-run business. We dispatch parcels from Tuesday through Saturday. During holiday periods or in the event of staff illness, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding and always do our best to send your order as quickly as possible.

Croatia, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Malta.
Greece & Cyprus
Greece and Cyprus have a separate shipping rate due to higher carrier costs.
Non-EU European countries
The United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Serbia and Montenegro.
Please note: We currently ship exclusively to the countries listed above. We do not offer shipping to Norway or to other unlisted international destinations.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Free shipping is applied automatically during checkout when the qualifying order value is reached. The minimum order value is calculated after discounts and before taxes. If a discount reduces the order value below the applicable threshold, standard shipping charges will apply.
We dispatch parcels from Tuesday through Saturday and aim to prepare and dispatch most orders within 2–3 business days. Orders to the United Kingdom may take up to 7 business days to be dispatched.
The delivery estimates shown in the table begin after dispatch and are indicative rather than guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, customs processing, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local import VAT, customs duties or administrative charges. Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
